APPLICATION TO JOIN THE ST BRIAVELS TURBINE COMMUNITY FUND ADVISORY PANEL

Use this Application Form to apply for a voluntary role on the St Briavels Turbine Community Fund Advisory Panel. Completed Application Forms will be accepted until midnight on 30th November 2017. Successful applicants will be notified in early December.

Question 1: The society is keen to appoint individuals who are community minded. Describe in a few lines what you feel is important about ‘community’

Question 2: The society is seeking to achieve a balanced community representation in its Advisory Panel where relevant experience and fresh perspectives are each valued. Please indicate if you are currently involved/participate in any community activity or club/organisation (providing brief details as appropriate). Please also indicate whether this would be your first voluntary community role or one of a number.

Question 3: Advisory Panel Members must be supportive of the St Briavels wind turbine and the Society’s aim, to help build community resilience in St Briavels and environs. Using your own words, provide a brief description of the St Briavels community wind turbine project, as if you were describing the project to a visitor to the area.

Question 4: Reasons for your interest Please provide a paragraph or two about yourself, and tell us why you are interested in a voluntary role on the Advisory Panel.
