Use this Application Form to apply for a voluntary role on the REMR Community Resilience Fund Advisory Panel. Completed Application Forms will be accepted until midnight on 31st October 2019. Successful applicants will be notified in early November.

Completed applications may be:

2  – downloaded from here,  filled in, and returned by email to REMR@theresiliencecentre.co.uk, or
